I am fortunate enough to know this amazing woman, Ann Mortifee. My teacher, my mentor, and my friend. Her singing is angelic, powerful, and confident. Her music is so mesmerizing, so beautiful. The music on this album has helped so many people on their healing journey's, and it has also helped me. Her music brings you through emotions that you may not have felt before, she brings you to the center of yourself, to the center of your truth. She takes you on a journey, she helps you to trust, to feel passionate about life, to believe in mystery, and to believe in yourself. Ann Mortifee is a true Medicine Woman, a Healer through music, and such a beautiful soul. I recommend this album to anyone wanting help on their healing journey, and to anyone wanting to experience truly magnificent music.

My grandmother took us all to see Harry Bellefonte as a special treat years ago, and the best part of it was that Ann Mortifee was the opening act! I fell in love with her and her wonderful voice at that time ... the whole massive auditorium standing up and singing "It's in Every One of Us" was so incredibly moving. This is my favorite album of hers, I highly recommend it to anyone, but especially anyone on a Healing Journey. -Kathi Petersen

Ann Mortifee is an incredibly powerful woman, just being who she is, whose music covers the entire terrain of human emotion. I find her music extremely meaningful and thought-provoking (and feeling-provoking). I highly recommend it!
