I started reading this book as I began chemotherapy for breast cancer. I found myself agreeing with many of the case histories, the desperation, the search for a way to improve not only my outlook on the cure by being infused with so many harmful chemicals, but most of all by finding a spiritual, meditative approach to healing. Simonton's book contains many helpful hints and instructions and I am on my way to recovery.

I enjoy reading the book: his patient illness and the recovery made after following Dr. Simonton's expectations for healing his cancer. 1st : chimio therapy, consuming good food, mental imagery and faith are 4 important factors in healing. He gave many examples of changing attitudes for healing.
