Best Leadership Book,

As a student of Howard for near 20 years and Steve for almost ten, this review is certainly biased. That said, I have read hundreds of business/leadership books and few have ever inspired me as much as Healing Leadership. This book opens your mind to what you somehow already know - that leadership is a personal experience, not a set of techniques to be mastered. Leadership training in its present form is broken at all levels: at home, at work, at religious institutions, in governments, and in business. Fortunately, the latter is based on a system of creative destruction, and has at least a chance to break free of the shackles. Healing Leadership provides us all with an insight into how that might happen. |
