Dr. Berlin's Healing Light CD is a wonderful tool to help enduce a peaceful calm within the body. I have a chronic illness and everytime I have used his CD I feel more at peace and centered in my body. The music along with the guided imagery is the perfect cocktail of healing elements. I highly recommend this CD for those who are healthy or those who are challenged health wise. This CD has helped me with welcoming peace to my body, my mind and to my spirit.

This is my all-time favorite "relaxation" CD. Each and every time I use this CD, I reach a state of profound relaxation and calmness. I have generalized anxiety disorder, so it is hard for me to relax sometimes when I'm stressed out, but this CD never fails me. I usually reach a state of relaxation so deep that I don't recall anything from a couple of minutes into the CD until it just about ends.

Dr. Berlin's voice is easy to listen to, the music seems magical, and Lisbeth Scott's voice is amazing (I don't believe that I am saying that since I usually prefer alternative/hard rock male vocalists who can scream better than they can sing).

I have all four of the Sacred Lens CD's, but this is, by far, my favorite.

This is the most profound journey I have ever taken. The music was beautiful and Dr. Berlin's healing voice instantly took me to a place that I could easily connect with. This IS the best journey CD out there. Healing is available for everyone and anyone who listens to it. Healing on a physical, mental or spritual level is sure to be experienced by all who partake in this amazing journey.

A journey which will relax you, inspire you, and produce insights that are difficult to
access in our everyday busy lives. The wisdom that manifests in these imagery journey's by Dr. Berlin has proven for me an amazing method for gaining insight, getting answer to life questions I have, or providing clues as to how I may need to overcome a particular fear, challenge, or hardship. No journey is ever the same.
I have utilized Jan's imageries to assist me in periods of intensive training, and to help me break through a personal impasse or challenge. I have found that each and every time I trust his voice to lead me to a safe, inner place of dialogue, I am presented with a new gift of wisdom I use and apply in my life. Refreshing and Rewarding.

Though the music may have been lovely in the proper setting, I found singing during meditation very distracting. If you are like me and want calming beautiful instrumentals without vocals, pass this cd up. I also found the tone of the male guide's voice somewhat annoying.

Oh my gosh - this CD is amazing. I've heard lots of guided imagery tapes and CD's - Bernie Siegel, Shannon Schweizer-Lavell, even other CD's by Jan Berlin - but nothing compares to this! The music comes straight from the angels and the journey is powerful and exquisite beyond words. You don't have to be sick to use this CD. It is a wonderful gift for yourself and anyone else you care about. You will be listening to it again and again!!

As a registered nurse, and patient myself, I have struggled with chronic back pain and tension for several years. I have explored many avenues of healing. This CD, with it's use of lovely music and guided imagery enhances relaxation and release of pain at any time of day and at your convenience.
As you slowly move with Dr. Berlin on a healing journey of light you release the emotional tension causing the physical discomfort and move to surrendered calmness. I can see this CD benefiting many clinical conditions. Would benefit patients with chronic pain, cancer,recovering from surgery,going through dialysis etc.etc.etc. A beautiful way to enhance conventional medical treatment with a mind and spirit tool.

This is a nice guiding meditation with some elements that just don't work for me. The first problem is the vocal's which, although beautiful, I found extremely distracting from the guided meditation. I felt like I was listening to the soundtrack of "Lord of the Rings". I almost turned off the CD at the start. Also, as is the case with many guided meditation CD's he is very specific about what your experience is going to be. SPOILER: He has you find a spirit guide and he has you find a power medallion, these may work for many people but I found it just too specific. It is as if they want you to have their experience. Not you own. That said, Berlin's voice is soothing and his imagery solid. Overall I enjoyed the experience.

Through Healing Light, Dr. Jan Berlin and Lizbeth Scott were able to guide me to a place where my spirit experienced an awakening unlike any other. I was awed by the beauty of Ms. Scott's music and intrigued by the places I saw and the wisdom I experienced through this truly remarkable journey. Healing Light is a wonderful tool for deeper understanding of oneself.

This was the most amazing guided imagery journey I've ever been on! I felt sensations from the exquisite music and the visual journey itself is so powerful and beautiful. I recommend this CD to anyone who just wants to experience a beautiful and relaxing journey of inner peace as well as those people struggling with illness.
