I have attended a workshop dedicated to this topic taught by Mantak Chia some time in 1987 and have been involved in practicing this material at first at a very intense pace (sometimes even 7 hours a day) for the first six months (just to see what happens) and was amazed with the results. My practice was focused on generating and circulating sexual energy - a practice that can thankfully be done at any time, anywhere.

I'd like to add that some of the benefits of these practices are increased sexual magnetism, rejuvenation, as well as more fabulous sex.

Recently I have purchased this set of videos and have discovered that it had some additional points I must have forgotten about or perhaps they were added later on. In any event, at this point I do appreciate both the value of the workshop I have attended, these videos and the books on the same topic.
