I have been extremely pleased with the outcome of this cd. Wonderful, blissful sounds. Slows my brainwave activity (and my over-active endless worrying) to the point where I feel rejuvenated and refreshed. I paired this cd with the inimitable Detaching the World Vol. 1 (also highly highly recommended) and have never been more please with both my purchases online. Thanks Dr. Jeffery D. Thompson. Keep it coming...

If I had an illness, this is the first thing I'd do: Put on this music
and then make some chicken soup. The music itself is beyond beautiful,
even if it didn't heal your body/mind/spirit by bringing you back to
"delta"...the deepest sleep waves. Why do we sleep so much when we're
sick? Because our body craves "delta"....here it is on demend..to use even when you're awake.
There is so much more to this CD, but it can't help you until you
own it. I can't recommend it highly enough. Then, like me, you'll
be frantically looking for superlative terms to explain what happens
when you hear it.
Simply AWESOME!!!!!

Listening to this recording does make one calmer and more relaxed.
I find myself letting go and feeling good inside. These particular musical cords seem to beofa healing nature. I have listened to them on several occassions and think they're beneficial. My wife also has listened to them and also likes them

I use this CD with headphones while my patient is relaxing on the massage table during their acupuncture sessions. They absolutely love it, and I know that they are receiving beneficial brainwave treatment at the same time. I teach others about Dr. Thompson's work. He is truly an amazing researcher, musician, teacher and person.

I listen to this CD while working. It's very soothing, without making you feel sleepy. The 2nd track is my favorite, with nature sounds and birds woven throughout.

I have many of Dr. Jeffrey's Brainwave CD's. ALL of them work wonderfully!

This is one of my favorite of Dr. Thompson's systems. Relaxing, rejuvenating, and refreshing. I am amazed at how well it works... to do exactly what it claims to do. This is an excellent tool for anyone who experiences burnout - mental, emotional, or physical. Highly, highly recommended.

I also recommend "The Ultimate Nap" by Dr. Thompson for those who need a refresher on a busy schedule. (Same delta waves.)

I enjoy listening to this one at the office. It is very relaxing, and helps smooth out an otherwisw hectic day.

This is a great relaxing cd for those overstressed moments. I enjoy the music and have already purchased a second cd by Dr. Thompson.

I bought this tape for myself, but it is so relaxing that I use it for my clients in massage therapy. It provides a more well-rounded body-emotion-spirit approach to the massage. Clients arise from the table released and relaxed. It also helps me to manipulate deeper in their muscles. The man's a genius!

Outstanding three dimensional sound recording makes you feel as though you are at the center of spaces of varying shapes and sizes, from deep wells to shady grottoes to wide open prarie and desert skies. The music really makes a fertile backdrop for visualization. Somehow it even captures the "sound" of sunshine versus cool darkness. Reconnect with your "Inner Physician" as Thompson says in the liner notes. If you are at all a visual person and an experienced meditator as I am, this CD will suprise you. If you are not, try it anyhow! Thank you, Jeffrey Thompson!
