Appendices offer a more detailed look at the scripture in which each plant is mentioned as well as references to an additional thirteen words related to essential oils, aromas, and worship.

Information Abounds!,

This amazing, well-researched book will be of interest to anyone who advocates integrated or alternative medicine. Thirty-five plants and their medicinal uses are discussed in detail. I found it interesting that their uses have changed little since Bible times. For example, mint was a "healing and curative agent" then, and still is today--peppermint stimulates the heart; spearmint is good for stress relief. This is not a book about old-fashioned out-dated remedies, but a scholarly work of up-to-date knowledge of the healing plants.
