Growing up my father always drank different teas for almost any ailment he was having. He use to show me this book all the time. Back then I didn't really appreciate what he was sharing. But now I refer to this book faithfully. I am sipping on a cup of tea for my asthma right now. I think this book can give some good alternatives or helpful aids to people who don't really like taking over the counter meds. This has herbs that help from Headaches to boils to high blood pressure and many more. If you are interested in natural healing or just finding a good delightful tea to sip, this is the book for you.
