I found the subtitle quite out of place. This is not focused at all on euthanasia or assisted suicide. Instead this is a wonderful book offering some very real suggestions for living with and through very difficult circumstances. It is a compassionate expose about what deeply matters in life, along with real practical suggestions at the end of each chapter for gathering inner strength and finding worthwhile purpose. If you are hurting - this is a solid place to start to look deeper for answers that really do give hope.
