About the Author
Patrick Quillin, PhD (doctorate in nutrition),RD (registered dietitian), CNS (certified nutrition specialist) is an internationally recognized expert on the subject of nutrition. He has serves as the Director of Nutrition for Cancer Treatment Centers of America for 10 years. He has been a college instructor and consultant to the United States Department of Agriculture, National Institutes of Health, Scripps Clinic, and La Costa Spa. He has authored 15 other nutrition books that have sold over 1 million copies and has appeared frequently on radio and TV, including "Praise the Lord" and "Calling Dr. Whitaker" on Trinity Broadcasting Network. He and his wife, Noreen, live in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Never realized all the harmful things that is in and on the foods we eat. This book has helped me to better understand the importance and benefits of foods. What is beneficial to health and what foods have no nutritional value at all. If you're tired of being sick, feeling sick or just plain tired then this book is defiantly worth reading.
