The Deep Sleep recordings are ok on the surface, but all of them seem to have too much "air" sound...the sort of hiss or staticy sound you may get from taking your personal tape recorder down to the beach or out into the rainstorm, etc, and turning it on. I don;t know if some of this may be attributable to the on-demand formatting or some other aspect of these specific recordings, but i would recommend the Environments Environments 1 & 2: The Magic of Psycho-Acoustic Sound (Slow Ocean/Ultimate Thunderstorm) or Songbirds at Sunrise Solitudes (albums with and without added music are available) series over these for those recordings lack of extraneous man-made sounds --including the "air hiss" of recording.

Good quiet meditation music, and is helpful for sleep as well as meditations if you like water sounds.

I still fell asleep with this CD, but there are so many better ones. King Tet (unusual, yes) has some wonderful CDs. Windchimes in the Rain, a river one and an ocean one. ALL are peaceful w/o any startling noises. Just the water. Goggle King Tet and you can listen to samples of his CDs. You WILL love them!

Ever since I was a child, the strong sound of white noise has lulled me to sleep. I can say that this album has lulled me to sleep on many occasions and I keep it in my "armory" of sounds for those nights that I have trouble sleeping. If you're looking for clean white noise, this is perfect!

Very good quality of sound. I discovered the benefits of the sounds of nature, for me helps to induce pure relaxation.

Its a very important aid to calm the body, mind and give a sense of wellnes and peacefullness.
