Well, I would rate this CD five stars, but the music is a litle "full" for my taste in spots. The CD is very compelling, not overly sweet and/or cloying, and there is a wonderful musical quality to each piece. I was quite surprised by the consistency of the CD, with strong offerings on each track; often this type of music begins to sound repetitious after a bit... The music contains a lot of electronic voicings and embellishments, and it provides a truly meticulous sound environment. The healing quality of the music is evident throughout. My favorite track is number 5, "Transformation". The music on this CD has been very well-received when played on Nightlight, a public radio program in Alaska.

This is a lovely peaceful CD that definitely lives up to its' name The Healing Spirit; by the time the second song Angel Voices has finished you will be feeling better! Much in the vein of Angel Helpers by Merlin's Magic it really eases any tension and stress - I give it 5 stars and highly recommend it!

After a bad auto accident in March/01, this is a cd that I started to listen to in the hospital recovering from broken body and emotions. When I got home and had the horrible nightmares that usually follow a trauma, I would lay in the darkness saturated with pain, tears,then I would listen to track 7, "Transformation" and could visulize myself walking effortlessly and without pain, as if I were penetrating a veil of white gause, the music propelling me forward. The chimes gave me assurance that I was going to be ok.
Track 8, "Sanctuary", has been showing me that spiritual place deep inside of me where all healing originates. I have done this healing journey without any medications, drugs, muscle relaxants etc..Just aspirin and Diane's "Healing Spirit" that has been bringing me into that place of miracles done by the Spirit of Healing. This is one of the best piece's of music that I own.
