This book is soooo wonderful I love this it shows all the routines on actual children not drawings. This is a wonderful book to learn how to massage your children and make them relax, help them focus lot and lots of things I would totally recommend this book if you want to be also bond with your daughters. you can also teach them how to massage themselves and trigger points!

Although this book is aimed at 4-12 year olds the information is
suitable for all ages. It is written and presented in an easy to follow
format that makes the various moves and routines enjoyable to read and
simple to practice. What a wonderful way for parents to be able to spend time with their children and enjoy the wonderful healing power of touch. It is great to be able to empower children to heal themselves as well.
