I was introduced to this book through a massage therapy class at my college. Not only does it provide a basic overview of techniques from massage to accupuncture, it also describes how it will be beneficial to the animal. All levels of readers and practitioners will be able to read and comprehend what the book is saying. It isn't one of those technical publications that will blow your mind. I could'nt put it down

This was a great book. I did not know much about alternitive therapies, so I took a class on it at college. Healing Your Horse: Alternitive Therapies, was used as our text book. The book covered therapies such as: massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, homeopathy, and herbal. Each section is easily explain by specialists in that therapy. This book is easy to understand on any level. It is great to read for your pleasure, or a do-it-yourself guide. What ever your interest is, this book is worth reading. It's all you need! So get started! Enjoy!!
