This is a profound book of healing that brings you the mystery school teachings and timeless wisdom on healing with easy-to-read, step-by-step instructions. You are not only healing symptoms, should they be physical or emotional; you are taught how to work at the level of your aura, etheric body and chakras, call in the angelic healers, and transform yourself all the way to your cells and DNA. Healing then transforms every level of your being so you can live in harmony with your soul and the divine plan of your life. For those of you who love the Alice Bailey books, enjoy the Orin books, or feel drawn to working with angels, you will find this book to be a true gem. I have personally used techniques out of her book to keep colds from coming at their first sign, to heal a sprained wrist, and to transform my aura and chakras. I highly recommend this book.

In Healing Yourself With Light, her second book of the Awakening Life series, LaUna Huffines leads readers step-by-step through the process of connecting with the light of one's soul, the Solar angel and angelic healers.

I was introduced to this book by a close friend a few years ago. I have been working with the healing angels every day ever since, and they are healing most, if not all, areas of my life: my physical & emotional health, working life, human relations... gradually, gently, humorously. And I just love it - I love them!

This is an absolute must read if you want a practical how-to book and be healed of physical illness. This author writes exceptionally well and the exercises in the book are easy to do. I can't say enough good things about this book. After throwing money out the window on a best selling author's book on angels, I read the reviews on this book and ord'd it right away. This book can heal emotional, spiritual, physical and mental ailments. I have already experienced miracles with my overwhelming health problems and I'm only on Part 3 of the book (Pg. 107.) If you are suffering with a debilitating illness and are sick and tired of being sick, this book restores hope and results for me were immediate. When I began reading the book yesterday, I had a dental infection, an earache and a painful stomachache on top of everything else that's wrong with me. Today, less than 24 hrs. after starting the book, I woke up, those 3 ailments were gone. I don't have to go to the dentist now. My mind felt great...no drug hangovers like I often have if I take my medicine (I often skip dosages because of the side effects,) and I feel much less chronic pain today than usual. I didn't think the book could get any more interesting than what I've read so far but I just can't wait to get into the 3rd section of the book. It's fascinating, enlightening, empowering, uplifting and I love the exercises in this book and how the author explains everything so beautifully!!!!! If you are open to angelic healing, this is a must have. I even saw the angels working on my body during some of the meditative exercises!!!!!!!! They were working feverishly on the stomach area "vacuuming," and circling the neck and head area. They did not have wings and were about 1" in size. They were a celestial rose/flesh color and resembled human embryos but were very small in size.

In the final chapter of Healing Yourself With Light much wisdom is imparted regarding the ideal of perfection and the challenges we experience as part of our accelerated evolution. We are gently reminded that setbacks occur and that the higher will to succeed is paramount in any healing process.

By the end of the book, the Healing Temple has become a welcome, familiar sanctuary of light and the Soul/Solar Angel connections are made with ease. We find that pausing in the midst of a busy day to bring in sparkling "showers of colors" can bring peace and energy to almost any situation. The book moves gracefully from more general visualizations, such as immersing oneself in a deep rose color for vitality, to specific strategies for each area of imbalance. It is especially noteworthy that the author not only gives clear instructions on the use of high frequencies, but also brings the book right down to earth by emphasizing that the reader can find and put into practice the lifestyle that supports greater light at the cellular level.

The readers are at all times encouraged to utilize specific information from their own soul and the angelic healers rather than relying exclusively on suggestions from the book. Helpful clues for gaining the wisdom to correct specific symptoms are given in a 29 page Chart of Angelic Healing at the end of the book. Throughout this extraordinarily valuable book the author holds the position of a clear teaching channel for the light of the Angelic dimensions. If energies can be transmitted directly through the pages of a book, then this one is a wonderful example of such a process. Only after reading the entire book is one aware of the enormous scope of useful material which has been covered. One of this writer's most precious gifts is her ability to convey Universal Truth in a manner which is clear and understandable, while retaining the poetic qualities of transcendent experience.

This book is the clearest expression of angelic healing and HOW TO connect with it I have seen. I use it with my clients to facilitate their healing and their own work in serving our planet. The author's authenticity and loving spirit add greatly to the effectiveness of this practical tool for spiritual healing and growth.

Healing Yourself With Light was given to me by a customer when I owned an Angel Store. About 18 months after opening the Angel Emporium, my son took his life. The book by LaUna Huffines was instrumental in my recovery from the painful event. I must give this a 5 Star rating, if for no other reaon, than it was a tool in supporting me towards the healing. I do admit, I read everything metaphysical that came out from 1990 to the current date. This book is still with me, and shows the wear from use. As much as I treat my books with delicate care, this one still shows its true value by the wrinkles! Sort of like me :-)

Great book for anyone interested in improving their own health. A book like nothing else out there in the market. Provides powerful, subtle, but extremely efficient techniques to heal yourself. I recommend it to my patients no matter what their problem is . The results are astounding. My recommendation is: BUY IT NOW, IT MAY SAVE A LIFE LATER.

The second in her series on using the Light to connect with our own souls and angelic helpers, this time to help us heal ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually. Ms. Huffines is a very good instructor and provides some excellent guided meditations.

This book is organized and written in easy to understand terms. The visualizations and exercises are very good. I have achieved some awesome results using the techniques in this book to improve my health issues. I highly recommend it.
