I had read this book (and others by Dr. Nolen) several years ago. Recently, our Bible study group was studying gifts of the Holy Spirit, and I thought this would be a good insight into the idea of "divine" healing. Dr. Nolen's thoroughness and knowledge of medicine, was very interesting and informative. After unsuccessful attempts to find the book, someone suggested Amazon. I found it right away, and was able to order and receive it in a very short time.
