A very inspiring and useful book,

If you want to learn how to lead a more healthy, balanced and fulfilled life, this is the book to read. It's brimming with amazing information about what sort of things undermine our health; contaminated food, antibiotics and doctors themselves, to name a few. I appreciated the humorous, frank style of the writing and the fact it was written from a christian perspective without being preachy. People from all walks of life should be able to benefit from reading it. Conventional medicine versus alternative medicine is a hot topic these days and this book clearly lays out both sides. Alternative methods are gaining popularity and now I understand why
