7 of 9 people found the following review helpful By Dr. Gonzalez on June 12, 2006
Format: Paperback
Mr. Gormley has yet again delivered an excellent, very concise and readable yet also impeccably researched book on the brain-boosting benefits of a good fat, phosphatidylserine, or PS. This is one "PS" though that should be at the TOP of your list and not at the bottom! Thank you.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful By Dar on February 13, 2012
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This book is really not much more than a larger pamphlet. Extremely basic information. Doesn't even mention benefits of it helping with cortisol. Be careful if you are allergic or sensitive to soy.
