I read many books about bio-energy healing, and this book is good but not in the top of my favorite.
Inside you can read basic things like what is Aura, what are the Chackras, positive thinking, how to increase your bio-energy level, etc. etc. Also, inside have something what on my hobble opinion is not so important to be in the books of bioenergy-healing, and that is Yoga explanation and Yoga pose. Author here loose valuable 50 pages (od 150 of the book) only for yoga, and explain only 1 page of distance healing what is the most important today in bio-energy healing. If I want to learn Yoga, I will buy specialized books for yoga. This book is good to read for receive basic view of bio-energy healing, and that's all. You will read it in one afternoon.
