it serves its purpose, but I don't care for how the authors portray physicians as greedy individuals who would perform unnecessary procedures for the sole purposes of increasing profits and lessening the risk of a malpractice claim.

I am looking for a textbook to use in a course I am teaching in the Fall. I was unable to open the table of contents or see anything inside the book so I will not consider it. Patricia Holmes
