The book is so informative especially about product knowledge and usage and where to find sources that these products/nutrients can be found. I am very impressed with this author and her thorough investigation of the true facts and NOT just repeating what we are being told by the medical community (they would profit greatly, but may not have your health at heart on many issues).

I've read this book from cover to cover in a short time as it was so interesting & full of useful information that I couldn't put it down. I do a lot of health research & this author, Nan Fuchs, has it all. Also, I like the easy way she writes and how personable she seems. Extremely useful for women. I'm buying about a dozen copies and am sending them to my friends and relatives.
