My trainer recommended I take these and boy do they work! I have taken them before and they also helped me regulate my insteninal care (pooping). I highly recommend this product I have used it for many years for myself and many clients. I'm a personal trainer and will use this product as a yearly cleanse or as needed..... but I do have to advise do not use it to frequently ...... this product is to be use as a cleaning not a weight loss product! You don't want to rely on this product for losing weight not a good idea.... ( just to simplify for you... don't force #2 let it out natural) lol... hope this helps :)
