I found the book to be very good. Throughout it emphasizes an economic approach to what is occurring in health care and, what I particularly like, is the author's use of economic figures to illustrate the economic theory. The book covers a lot of health care topics and it's well written. I recommend it. The other students in the class also liked the book.

While I know textbooks aren't known for being exciting or anything like that, others have certainly hit the mark where this one has failed. The explanations of the matters at hand where confusing and a little contrite as well. I felt there was a lack of objectivity for some of the information which is bizarre it being a text book. Presumably you'll need to buy it anyway, but get ready for a bore.

The book is fine, but you cancelled my order saying it was out of stock, after you said you were going to ship it. I don't know why you are asking me to review it. I ended up ordering it from Barnes & Noble.

Good book for re-learning. Very understandable and easy to follow. Would recommend to any professor want to find a good text for their students.

Ordered and had to send back. Was in great condition, but my class changed the text. I was refunded extremely quickly.

This book is very difficult to read, I would not recommend this book to anyone taking healthcare economics.
