outdated
I purchased this book for a health class I was taking at the University of Houston. I went for this one because it was much cheaper than the newer editions, but a lot of it was outdated. It still shows the old pyramid representing the food groups, even thought that has been replaced for several years.

I purchased this book for a health class I was taking at the University of Houston. I went for this one because it was much cheaper than the newer editions, but a lot of it was outdated.
