I have been saving up for a while to buy this package; I have had my eye on it for years. I have owned the power yoga disc in this package for years and in all honesty, that is the only one you need. The Yoga for Weight Loss disc is for beginners and is very slow and doesn't do much for me. The Flexibility disc is ok; I expect more than OK from YogaZone. Of course the Power Yoga disc is great, but I already knew that.
I would suggest avoiding this set and building your own library of discs.

I started taking a yoga class once per week at my gym about 2-3 months ago. I wanted to be able to do yoga more than once per week so I bought these DVDs. I love them! A great workout for me! I recommend these to someone with little experience, like me. A lot of the poses are still very challenging for me so it gives me something to work towards (and it means I won't be outgrowing these DVDs any time soon!). If you are brand new however, I do recommend that you take at least a few classes with an instructor (in person) so that he/she can adjust your poses to be sure you are doing it right.

These three videos are a necessary part of anyone's home collection. I especially like the video for Flexibility and Stress Release. Alan Finger is a likeable character, and I am so relaxed after the guided relaxation at the end it is hard to move. Great way to end your day!!

Great series! Has a little bit of everything and addresses all levels of expertise. Always been happy with YogaZone products.

I have really enjoyed these yoga DVDs. Great sequences of movement that are challenging, but also instructional enough so that beginners can do it too. I highly recommend Yoga Zone!

I found these dvds to be very useful. I am a basic beginner couch potato and appreciated the pace and techniques demonstrated by 2 people (one for experienced and one for beginners). I liked the bonus section on the weight loss dvd that was motivational.

bought both this set and the 6pk set- this set is a little tougher but once again has great instructors. one tape in particular (power yoga) has some poses that are quite difficult for a beginner- after doing the 6pk set for 2 months i have started doing this set once a week and am building up to the longer routines- i feel very invigorated afterwards- great routines !

This DVD set is perfect for someone just starting yoga or someone who wants short workouts. Very informative, tells you about body alignment and distribution of weight for each position. Shows you at least 2 levels for each pose. Gentle guidence for those just beginning.

I accidentally stumbled upon Yogazone and their videos. I like them, they're easy to follow, even though the instructors seem a bit overacting sometimes.

I am new to yoga and I have picked up a lot from these videos (my girlfriend has taken classes and agrees). I should say that we mostly go by the Flexibility and Stress Release, because that is what we need! The Power Yoga is much more of a workout and we find it hard to follow when being tired, e.g. after surfing.

The Weight loss is not needed, I think. It suffers from bad flow and the exercises are not as good as those for the other two videos.

Taken together, the DVDs are very good, if you try to ignore the frequent acted chuckling of the instructors.

Bought this set just to get the Power Yoga video on DVD. My VHS copy is wearing out. This workout is excellent! My wife likes the other two videos so it was a good purchase.
