This amazing book describes the more subtle yet unequivocally more important aspects of health and healing for those on the yogic path. The Mother, in Her simple style, explains the uses, the pitfalls and the underlying causes of the lack of health, in the context of inner truth. It is compulsory reading for all my Yoga Teacher Traininees and I know all yoga teachers and serious students of yoga will benefit immensely from knowing what really goes on behind sickness and disease, so that all of us can be free from their ravages. Brilliant, true, undeniable.
