From Healthy Cooking and Eating: Rice, corn tortillas, and cornbread are popular in Hispanic diets. They are excellent sources of fiber. Other foods made from grains can add more fiber to your diet. Try whole grain breads instead of white bread. They have twice the fiber. Eat whole wheat tortillas in place of white flour tortillas. Whole grain cereals, oatmeal, or bran muffins make quick and healthy breakfasts.
