What can I say? It's over 1200 pages, with itsy bitsy type! This is pretty much the holy bible for HIM professionals. Not exactly a light read, but a great reference book.

Great book. A lot of information to read and process. But overall awesome product. It is tough to carry around though.

I am blown away at the newness of this used book! Its in great shape and the service was great as well, the book came before the date it was set to be delivered. This only made me more happy. I would and have recommended the seller and amazon to my entire class!

The book was in good condition although it's detecting from the spine, book is very useable no page markings or rips. So it works just fine for me, and I received it on time. What more could you ask for!
