When I first bought this (and other specific versions by Belleruth Naparstek - sleep, stress and general wellness), I was very skeptical. I didn't think anything was going to help me (especially not some stranger talking to me on a CD). Couldn't have been more wrong. This CD works every time. Each time I listen to one of Belleruth's CDs, I become visibly, physically more relaxed (I'm usually snoring in la-la-land bliss before the CD ends). Highly recommend all of her CDs.

I would recommend this to anyone that needs a few moments to help them find some calm in their life. The affirmations are great while driving to and from work. I found them to be very soothing the more I listened.

I am going through a pretty rough time right now. I had listened to this doctor's cassette tapes years ago and thought I would give them a try again. To my amazement, I was so relaxed after listening to especially CD #1 that I felt like I could get through anything. I wasn't sure if it would work to relax me and can tell you that it did relax me more than I could have imagined. I HIGHLY recommend this or any of the Health Journeys CDs. I have the Healthful Sleep CD and was skeptical. Again, I am amazed at the nice peaceful sleep that I get.
