This tape is purely an inspirational tape with imagery and self hypnosis. I thought it was more informational when I purchased it. Would appreciate it if they had marketed it as such.

I was given this tape several years ago by a loving friend and have used it extensively. It is a powerful relaxation and healing tool, that I highly recommend for anyone suffering from an autoimmune disease.
