I received the product quickly and it was as advertised by Healthmark. Well made and requires no setup or maintenance. I am extremely satisfied. I ordered two other yogacise lifts without the bands that cost less at the same time I ordered the Yogacise Relaxation Station and I have still not received them. It has been over six weeks since I ordered them. If you are looking for a headstand stool go with this one!

I could never do handstands without huge pillow/blanket support, (neck surgery)and now I can do them!!!!!! I can even balance perfectly upright with no wall support. You take the weight nicely over your shoulders and your neck is just relaxed. It went together in two clicks.
I give it 6 stars.

I use this for my headstands because I have neck issues. It allows me most of the benefits of the pose without putting any strain on my neck. Highly recommended!!

For any one just starting out in yoga or experienced Yogies this head stand provides comfort without the stress of weightbearing. Any neck or shoulder pain is easily avoided due to the fact that weight is maintained on shoulders, not neck and spine.

Love, love, love this yoga bench! The relief I feel while using the bench is amazing, but it feels even better afterward. My lower back, knees, hips...even my sinuses feel better.

I love my Yogacise 2-in-1 exercise bench! No longer do I have to worry about my neck tightening up from supporting the weight of my body, which would happen when I'd do the forearm headstand. Now I can do my "headstand" in comfort, especially with the padding that supports the shoulders. I highly recommend this product!

My husband put it together before I got home and didn't have any trouble. I use it for shoulder stands and it is easy and very comfortable to use. I have not used or needed the bands, although they seem a bit long...

If you can keep your bench set up, then no big deal, but don't expect to fold it and slide into the closet. When I got it, i had to get my husband to insert the pins, because it doesn't line up. It took quite a bit of force to get the pins in and they cannot be easily removed. I complained about it to the vendor who contacted the manufacturer. the manufacturer claims that this is the way it is supposed to be.

I bought the yogasize after seeing it in my yoga school. It basically satisfies its purpose to be used for inverted positions with shoulder support. It is sturdy enough. The structure includes a handy prop to assist non-athletes to achieve position. The upholstery looks like it might not be that durable. It comes with some additional elastic straps allegedly for pumping exercises - that part does not look like something to be taken seriously - leaving them out would enhance "seriousness image value" of product. Generally recommend.
