Great for stretching back
I am happy with this product and found it fairly easy to use. Making sure that the height adjustments are made is essential for maintaining the center of gravity. There is some pressure on the ankles but I've never tried any incline table which had no ankle pressure and the cuffs are more comfortable than other styles. Couldn't use it
After adjusting the leg pieces for several days (wearing socks & boots)and then even replacing these with foam rolls I still cannot prevent the ankle strain when using this product, even at a 45degree incline. I know somebody else who has one and they like it so I guess it depends on the person, I am not heavy for my size and never thought this would be an issue.

I am happy with this product and found it fairly easy to use. Making sure that the height adjustments are made is essential for maintaining the center of gravity. I like this unit because it is not so bulky that it cannot be fairly easily moved and also can be folded up. For the price, this is the best unit that I've tried. With free shipping on Amazon, I didn't have to haul it in from the car.
