You need this for your platform to work well.
A couple months ago I purchased the healthmark vibration platform. Luckily I also purchased the handle to accompanies it. I thought it would help with my elderly mother's use. I returned it - Not Safe
Lose you balance and grab this? You are going down... Attach a bar on the wall for safety. This is great for a handhold, but if you lose you balance and depend on this (out of reflex) you're in trouble.

Lose you balance and grab this? You are going down... Attach a bar on the wall for safety. This is great for a handhold, but if you lose you balance and depend on this (out of reflex) you're in trouble.

A couple months ago I purchased the healthmark vibration platform. Luckily I also purchased the handle to accompanies it. I thought it would help with my elderly mother's use.
I confess I use it just as much as she does. Overall the platform is a miracle worker. I lost two pant sizes in just a couple days. I. kid. you. not. Since then I have used it every day and I am seeing muscle development on my legs that I haven't seen since my ballet days. It's always a gamble to buy a retail version of a professional excercise machine but I won this gamble. Check with your doctor (if you have one that will listen to you) and see if they don't recommend it as well. |
