I wasn't expecting too much from this product when I purchased it. I was able to get it during a special promotion and it cost me less than twenty dollars. I would say that it's about 4' long. The massaging feature works great, though I've used more powerful massage pads/mats in the past and this definitely isn't for any deep massaging or working out any knots... just relaxing. The heat feature also works well, though after about five minutes of use it didn't get too hot... just a nice gentle heat. All in all, it's a decent product that would fit an average-size person well, and great for relaxing after a long day. I like that unlike the chair pads, you can use it in many different positions (chair, bed, etc). It came with the a/c adapter to plug it into a wall and I like the straps that keep it rolled up when not in use. I gave it four stars because it's just an average product - nothing special, but no complaints either.

Calling this a "massage" mat is a joke! It is more of a low grade vibration mat. The heat is next to nonexistant...I really wasted my money on this one!

I ordered this for my dad for Christmas. I ordered it on the 17th of December, and it came on the 20th! Just in time for Christmas. My dad has a really bad back and sees a chiropractor once a week. He takes back pills for his spine. His spine discs are almost gone in 2 spots. He can't sleep at night on his back, only his side and he always sleeps on his back, so this prevents him from sleeping at night. After opening his gift on Christmas, he placed it on the bed before going to sleep and tried laying on his back to sleep ontop of the massager. A quick 7 minutes and he was out. He woke up the next morning and said his back felt great and he was finally able to get a good night's sleep. He was also able to lay on his back! Which really meant a lot to him. A few days later, he said it's still working great. It is now a month later and although he is still seeing a chiropractor once a week because he has too. Mandatory in the military, he is no longer in need of his back pills! He says they just make him loopy. And he hated that! Now with his new back massager, he can sleep better and doesn't have to deal with the aftermath of the back pills. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has back problems. It hits all the right spots. Back of the neck, or upper back. Lower back and thighs. It vibrates, no actual massage things inside of it like a chair. But it's pretty effective nonetheless! I am so happy I got this for him! Even though I'm still young and have no back pain, I want one for myself! :D

We were pleasantly surprised at how strong the massage vibrations worked. The heat monitor is very effective as well. Overall, a great product for the price!
