This product works very well. I've been buying this brand for a long time. I used to purchase the smaller size until I found this larger size container. I prefer the natural, not flavored version so I can add it to orange juice or other flavored liquids. The contents are always extremely fresh so even though it's a large container it will stay fresh a long time.

If you need more fiber in your diet, this is a great product. It is psyllium husk, pure and simple, with about zero calories. I mix it into a smoothie with almond milk and a banana. Also, the price is excellent if you compare what this stuff costs at a health food store. I have used this product for years and highly recommend it.

Have been using this product for over 5 years. I just take one heaping teaspoon with water every evening, et voilà! Every morning I start the day off right. When people ask how I stay fit and trim at 52, I answer, with regular exercise and Colon Cleanse. I don't always eat fruits and vegetables as I should, so this source of fiber is important for me. And I always buy it from Amazon because it's priced the best here when buying the double pack.

For those who have trouble swallowing the stuff that clumps quickly and sticks in your throat - this will solve that problem. Because it isn't a powder I find that it works far superior to the others and I have no gas with this one. As a GI patient for years - this product (although the canister is ugly to look at) is the one that keeps me happy!!

This is not a liquid but a powder form in a 12 oz Jar. Psillium husks are ground more fine than the original colon cleanse. Flavor ok (it tastes like pineapple) Surprised that it was 26 calories per two teaspoon serving versus 0 calories in the original. Does its job though and promotes regularity.

I bought this product bcs as per the review's it makes u go to the bathroom fast. But OMG never ever buy the powder one! I put it in water and it didn't disolve at all. It taste so so bad that it made me vomit. So, yes it made me go to the bathroom to vomit, but that was not my intention I wanted to clean my colon not my stomach. Good luck if you buy the powder. This is just my opinion....
