Having been diagnosed with IBS nearly 20 years ago, I have sought relief from virtually all products on the market--to no avail. Super Colon Cleanse is the only product that gives me the bulk and regularity that I have sought. It produces consistent, reliable, and effective results. Yes, the large number of capsules that must be taken daily may seem burdensome to some; but, the end result is certainly worth the inconvenience.

I LOVE this product. I tend to eat a fair amount of carbs - I'm of normal body weight but have a low metabolism. So, every night I take 4 or 5 of
these if I've had a lot of carbs that day, along with a glass of water or any beverage. The next day, I take another 4 or 5 capsules. DO NOT take 12 capsules per day, as suggested on the bottle. You will be absolutely miserable and having to use the restroom constantly, and you may also experience major bloating and intestinal pain. One time I took 12 capsules in a 24 hour period and I was a mess. BUT, if you find the appropriate dosage for yourself, based on your diet, this green remedy colon product will make you feel much better and keep your intestines very clean. You will notice a big difference right away.

I HADN'T HAD A BOWEL MOVEMENT IN 2 WEEKS. AFTER TAKING THIS PRODUCT FOR 1 DAY, I HAD 3 BOWEL MOVEMENTS. I FELT SO MUCH BETTER.
