I bought this over a year ago when the store I was working for first got it. Wasn't really sure it would do anything, I'm a skeptic when it comes to these diet pills and all. But I had never tried doing a cleanse and wanted to know what it was like. During the 10 days I took this product? I lost 7 pounds. And that was without cutting back on any of the foods I loved, OR doing extra excercise. It really does taste like unsweet iced tea too, though I could taste the fennel really well. Gave it a bit of a black licorice aftertaste. I don't know if I would have kept losing weight because I didn't keep up with it, but it certainly impressed me in those first 10 days!

the product did not come with "diet" instructions. It's a liquid that did not feel like my body got detox...just a lot of... running to the bathroom from drinking...

The product taste was ok, but it did not really work to help lose weight like I thought it would. I mixed the product as instructed on the package and used as directed. After the 2 weeks I saw no results whatsoever.

This is really an energy inducer. I feel better than I have in a long time. I add a little sweetner and other flavors to it, although it is not bad by itself. I must say that I have not lost a single pound and I'm on my third bottle. The four stars are for my renewed sense of wellness.
