I really enjoyed this book. Not only have I learned a great deal about my health and my body, but it also has great recipes. I've tried most of the recipes with great success, they have delighted me as well as company for more formal dinners.One of the book's great qualities is its clarity, explaining how your metabolism works and how you can bring your body to its optimum capability and health while enjoying delicious foods. I highly recomment it!
