In the war on health there are going to be many caualities. Are you going to be one? Why is everyone so sick and unhealthy? Read this book and wake up to the lies of big industry and learn about the real way you should treat your body. Our body is a temple, not a trashcan yet most of what we put in there is utter garbage that our body does not know what to do with.
If you are suffering from ANY disease at all no matter how minor or major (especially cancer in which case also check out his other book "Cancer - why we're still dying to know") the information imparted here will give you serious insight into the nature of your disease and show you that treating it is very simple indeed. Using common sense logic (our supressed intuition) along with the studies and findings of many intelligent doctors and scientists, Phillip Day exposes many of the myths that surround the way we view food.

Highly Reccomended Reading for anyone who wants to enlighten themselves and everyone else, who should want to.
