Health Secrets of Plants and HerbsWhat a fabulous book, it details around 100 herbs listing complaints and cures, together with illustations and some colour plate pictures (more would have been nice). I find it invaluable as a handy guide to have in my home, I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn about the most recognisable herbs around and how to identify and use them.

I don't trust doctors (legal pill pushers) or the pharmaceutical industry. Nature does it best first with no complications or drug interaction problems. An excellent book to have on hand.
