I use this pack quite often and I do like it. I did not realize just how small it is, it does not cover the entire area of the small of I back like I thought it would. I have since bought a larger one and use this one over my shoulder instead. It takes a couple of minutes to get it really hot, but it does hold the heat for about 20 minutes.
