When preparing our practice for the Year 2000, we spent a great deal of time and money researching the problem, consulting with attorneys, accountants, and Y2K consultants. We became quite frustrated over the lack of assistance specific to the medical community. We decided to summarize what we learned for others like us. We understand that most medical staff and physicians do not have a lot of free time during the average workday. Therefore, we have incorporated numerous time saving steps into our manual. For example, we have made all of the compliance/survey letters available on a floppy disc, so your staff does not need to retype them. Additionally, the manual is concise and straight to the point because we want you to be able to implement the plan as quickly as possible.
