Vitamineral Green 16 Oz. Version 3.8 This is what I eat for breakfast every day. I make a smoothie with wild blueberries, a banana and juice or Diversitea, and add fresh ground Flax seed and this is all I have til late in the day. I stopped craving meat, and actually became a vegetarian without consciously deciding to. Lost 10 lbs, and have more energy than before I started using it. Vitamineral Green also acts as a gentle detox to the system, so when you start taking it, use under 1 teaspoon per serving! Work up to 1-2 tbsp, over time.Vitamineral Green 16 Oz. Version 3.8

So, I started taking this product about 2 years ago after I heard Tony Robbins talking about taking a green drink product and "alkalizing" your body.

Well, I went to my local Organic Market and they told me that this one was probably the best, so I bought it. I really had no idea what I was in for.

At first I started with a small quantity like the bottle suggested of about 1 teaspoon a day mixed with water. It tasted horrible to me at first, I could hardly keep the stuff down. Someone told me that when your body is highly acidic it's not going to taste good until your body becomes more alkaline. Well that happened to be the case for me.

After about a week of drinking the stuff I began to feel a radical change in my body. It started to taste a little better, but I felt like I was getting a bit sick from the stuff. I took that as a sign of detoxification, which it was. At this point I started going heavy duty on the stuff, taking in 2+ tablespoons of it daily mixed with water. The detox got so bad that I was pretty sick for about 3 more days.

Once I made it past the sickness I had a level of mind clarity like I had never experienced before. I felt like my mind was being opened to an entire new world that I had never experienced up to that point.

I was living in a level of pain before the product that I never knew existed. I know this because once I stop taking the product for a few days I immediately feel my energy levels drop, headaches set in, and I feel pretty out of it. The second I get going on it again, I feel myself coming back into alignment with the way I should be. Kind of like a drug addict who needs his fix. Yep, I am ADDICTED TO THE FEELING THAT IT GIVES ME! PURE ENERGY!

Am I freaking you out yet? LOL

Here's my daily ritual. I could mix it in with a smoothie, but I like my smoothies more fruity, so I prefer to mix 2+ tablespoons of this stuff into about a quart of water. I just drink it for about an hour every day after work.

There you go. I hope you give this stuff a try. Hands down the best nutritional product ever created up this point.

I'm really happy with Vitamineral. I've always taken in greens superfood, but I read that this one was pretty good for the price. So far so good! It is a stronger formula as far as taste, but I like it. It doesn't mix well with cocoa though (at least for my taste buds). The reason I knocked off 2 stars is because as good as I'm assuming this to be - it doesn't give amounts of anything that is in there. For example - both Amazing Grass and Garden of Life put exact amounts of each ingredient so I know how to compare and choose what is best for me. With vitamineral - I'm just hoping that it's better. That is important information to include on the label, especially for people that are looking for specific things to supplement in their diet.
