I have not noticed that this book includes video tutorials for each juice recipe, which explains why i was surprised, at first, that this book is fairly short. For me it is something new to get video lessons on how to make juices packaged together with the book. I'm a big lover of juicing, especially when it comes to weight loss. I have been constantly buying books about juicing recipes for weight loss but i have never seen any of them includes video lessons like this one, which is pretty cool. Anyway, it was another great deal for me. By the way, the recipes are really delicious, especially the Detox juice.

The calorie count is too low considering that there are different ingredients squeezed into a glass serving. Aside from the descriptions being provided in the material, it also contains video demos on how to prepare different juices. Above all, i love juicing. For me, juicing weight loss system has been always working well and these juices will definitely be part of my regular diet.

I liked this book since it shows via videos the basic steps to juicing. You get a clear idea of the size of each cut up ingredient to use. Very helpful if you don't use a blender often.

The author also included a list of ingredient and written instructions which made it easier to write down for later use in the kitchen.

Using the whole fruit minus the core or seeds, seem more sensible than only using the juice and throwing away the pulp and fiber.

The best thing about this book is the fact that each recipe is accompanied by a video! What a cool idea!
