5.0 out of 5 stars Awsome Book, March 3, 2003
This review is from: Healthy Beauty: Using Nature's Secrets to Look Great and Feel Terrific (Hardcover)
The main reason I love this book is because of the simple remadies that are offered. There are no over the top complicated advice given here. For example, there is a chapter in the book called Your Flawless Complextion. The author recommends eating laxative, yellow vegatables such as squash, pumkin and carrots to get rid of blemishes. To get rid of dark circles under the eyes, she recommends drinking nettle tea.
I like the fact that she's saying what you eat effects how you look. It's a very entertaining and informative book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Guy-friendly Beauty Book, June 14, 2007

WOW what an eye-opener! I am using the herbal stuff the author recommends for growing hair and it works! It took 2 months but I can see the new hair growth on top.

Many of the recommendations work for men and woman and each chapter has a section "For Men Only."
A revelation!

Ten stars.
