All are low-fat, low-calorie meals and while some require some 'special' ingredients such as sesame oil, most require little more than some fresh vegetables or meats. The cookbook is full of recipes that are truly fast. The cookbook focuses on low-fat cooking and doesn't rely on processed or convenience foods too much like other timesaver cookbooks. In our family, we do not follow a low-fat approach, so it doesn't appeal to us but to anyone who prefers a low-fat diet, you will love this cookbook.
