Healthy cooking has never been so tasty! Choose, at a glance, what to make by how much time you have. These are quick and easy, low fat diet recipes. Some of the chapters include: 15 minutes from start to finish, hands on time: less than 30 minutes, and fast desserts.

The cookbook is full of recipes that are truly fast. The cookbook focuses on low-fat cooking and doesn't rely on processed or convenience foods too much like other timesaver cookbooks. In our family, we do not follow a low-fat approach, so it doesn't appeal to us but to anyone who prefers a low-fat diet, you will love this cookbook.
