My daughter loves this stuff. She has long, thin fine blond hair that was breaking easily from the rough treatment she gives it as a 16 year old. About a half a year ago she started taking the Banyan Healthy Hair at the recommendation of an herbalist. Now, even after working at a swimming pool all summer, her hair has grown much longer and more lustrous and thicker. She also notices a big improvement in her fingernails, no more cracking or ridges.
