I have bought several editions of this book over the years, each edition just gets better and better! If you only own one book on natural healing, this should be it! I have read hundreds of health related books, and this is the BEST! Mahalo Nui Loa Dr. Page!

After checking this book out of the library three times, I want my own copy. It is full of good ideas and information, too much to learn in a few hours of study. I plan to keep this book in the kitchen, next to The Joy of Cooking, for easy reference.
