This book contains a ton of great healthy recipes. I like how it blends some creativity in as well as recommending a nice blend of herbs and spices to give them some flavor.

The recipes include cooking time, approximate calories, ingrediants and lays out how to make each thing in an easy to read manner. This is awesome because you have Everything you need to know to choose the right recipe for you.

I'm not a vegan but I love these types of recipes to offset my main dishes which tend to be heavy. The soy sesame asparagus were tasty. I also really liked the Tsimmes salad as I had never experienced that dish before.

If you are a vegan looking for great new recipes then this is the cook book for you. Well laid out, clear instructions and some truly delicious recipes that will enhance your diet and your lifestyle. This is one of the best vegan cookbooks I have ever found. Enjoy!
